If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product(s), you can easily return or exchange the item(s) within 30 days of purchase.
You just need to return each product in perfect condition, unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging to:

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of panties / underwear except when there is a manufacturing defect.
For refunds, the total amount of the returned item(s) will be credited back to your card used in the original transaction. Please allow 5 business days for this amount to reflect in your account
